5. SMS and Text Messaging Terms

If you provide a mobile number to us, you may receive operational SMS/text messages from SBN Solutions related to appointments, scheduling, service updates, account notifications, and post-service follow-up. Message frequency may vary based on your relationship with us and the services you request.

By providing your mobile number and affirmatively consenting to SMS communications through our website forms, onboarding processes, account settings, or other documented opt-in methods, you authorize us to send you service-related text messages using automated or application-based messaging tools where permitted by law.

  • Appointment reminders may be sent before scheduled visits

You may request assistance by replying HELP. You may opt back in, where supported, by replying START or by contacting us directly.

We may use third-party communications providers, including Twilio and similar messaging vendors, to deliver SMS/text messages and process delivery events, carrier responses, and standard compliance keywords such as STOP, HELP, and START.

6. SMS Opt-In Process

Users may opt in to receive SMS communications from SBN Solutions through website forms, onboarding workflows, account settings, or other clearly presented consent methods.

Where SMS consent is collected through a form, users are presented with clear disclosure language before submission. A typical consent statement may read:

"By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages from SBN Solutions related to service updates, appointment reminders, and account notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance."

Any SMS consent checkbox used by SBN Solutions is not pre-selected and must be affirmatively chosen by the user before the form is submitted.

If consent is collected during onboarding, by phone, in person, or through another offline method, users are informed that they are agreeing to receive service-related SMS communications from SBN Solutions and that they may opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting us directly.
